Individual pictures start at 4:00pm; team picture approx 5:30pm Parent Meeting immediately following under the pavilion. This year, instead of doing a potluck-style picnic, we are asking each family to bring their own dinner and join us under the pavilion. We will introduce the coaches and talk about the upcoming season. There will be time for Q & A and a small spirit activity for the swimmers. |

Pancake Breakfast Banquet
Woodbrooke Pavilion

Please join us under the Woodbrooke pavilion to celebrate the end of a (hopefully) once in a lifetime season. Coach Josh and Coach Kwame will be making and serving pancakes for the swim team members only. Breakfast will be picnic-style to allow for social distancing so bring a blanket or use your swim towel. Please RSVP for your swimmer by the end of the day on Tuesday, July 29th. After breakfast, the coaches will be handing out paper plate awards to each swimmer. Then the swim team kids can hop in the pool for some free time swimming until 11:30am. Note: This year parents and siblings can attend but unfortunately, they are not allowed to eat or swim. If you wish to contribute to a coaches gift, please see Erin or Cheryl. And please return any rented equipment at this time as well. Hope to see you there!! |
