Practice is held Monday - Friday including meet days.
We ask that parents or other care givers be quiet on the pool deck during practice. Excessive noise can be a distraction to the swimmers and coaches, which is a safety concern. It is best to leave the coaching to the coaches during practice.
Parents and visitors who wish to remain at the club during practice are encouraged to wait under the patio umbrellas or in front of the club. Swimmers not participating in the current practice are asked to exit the pool deck as well.

9 -12: 5:15pm – 6:30pm
8 & Under: 6:15pm – 7:00pm

June 13 - July 18
13 & over: 7:00am – 9:15am
9 -12: 8:45am – 10:15am
8 & Under: 10:00am – 11:00am
Pre-Team: 11:00am-11:30am
